A lighter, fruity, spin-off on traditional red sangria made with white wine. This recipe combines white wine with peach liqueur, brandy, fresh fruit, and lemon-lime soda, then chilled to allow flavors to meld, served over ice with a mint garnish.
1. Combine all ingredients, except mint garnish, in a pitcher and stir.
2. Chill in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours to let the flavors meld together. Overnight is ideal.
3. Serve sangria over ice with a sprig of mint.
